If you have to stay in Midland area and dont want to spend a fortune then this is the place for you. Nice enough, Hit and miss on clean but well priced. I stay here one to two times a month. Try the 1st floor for your best options.

Front desk manager nick is awesome helped us out and now we stay here all the time. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. Our stay was great and will return again. Thanks to the manager Nick we stay here every night due to business and will continue staying at the midtown hotel

The hotel is newly renovated and looks amazing, beds are comfortable. Very convenient for downtown events (which we were) but more of a rundown part of town. Price wise it's great for the money since Midland/Odessa is very expensive to stay around.

Pros: The bed is OK. Pillows are comfy. Pool/hot tub are nice. Cons: (where to begin??) Rooms are TINY! Bathrooms are ridiculously small. No duvet cover, a cheap comforter sandwiched between 2 sheets. Updating has been done, but it's cheap and with shoddy workmenship.
