Value Place Midland was great! Clean, safe, and customer service is excellent. I felt like family. Theses days it is hard to find clean, safe, and customer focused. Hats off to Susan and her team for making my extended stay a home!!

The front desk staff was rude and inattentive. This hotel (and others of the same brand) are essentially cheap apartment-like rentals for transient workers. There are no amenities, breakfast or refunds. Far too many other descent hotels within a very short distance.
