Having researched the area, an apartment within Altamira was the cheapest accomodation we found. We had a ground floor apartment with no air-conditioning and not much of a 'sea view' as promised. The location of this property is exceptional, which we knew before booking, but seeing is believing. To be able to walk to the sea in about 3 minutes and go for a swim is a delight, and the surrounding properties lend a certain ambience to the area.
