The Tucanes is in a brilliant location but that is about the only good point. The service is poor with the poolside bar closing at 5pm and a "that's tough" attitude. We were given no safe as reception did not know how it worked,our room was not cleaned for 5 days the sheets were not changed the whole week we were there. This bungalow resort is situated near the Jumbo shopping centre with a big variety of (gay)night life. The complex was taken over by a company called Gran Classic some time ago. Had a great time here, simple and basic but really close to the nightlife, shops, beach and restaurants. Nice pool and perfect to relax by. Highly recomended and already booked to go again in December
