“Noise pollution at all times from outside”

Access to the resort. Following a lot of snow fall the previous week, getting there was a nightmare with coaches blocking and slowing everything. Worse, a supposedly "guide" gave us the wrong direction for our hotel when arriving at the resort. Result: After already 2 hours in traffic jams, 3 more hours lost looking for the hotel.
