Incredible service from all the staff during my recent stay. Excellent food and service. An ideal situation for skiing; being able to ski to the door was great. My friend, who was very ill throughout our week's stay, could not have received better care and attention than the staff gave. They were incredibly supportive in the room and restaurant. I... More

This hotel is a French hotel for French people. If you are British: don't bother going. Upon arrival the room we were given had twin beds but we booked a double. Their resolution for this was to bolt the two beds together!! When we complained to the Hotel Manager he just shrugged his shoulders and said "it's the Italian way"... More

We staid for the whole Carnival week with our 7 years old grand-daughter; the kids’ club made a lot of success. Friendly staff and excellent quality food. Access to fitness center

This was the first time we have stayed at a ski in, ski out hotel and just being able to glide onto the hotel patio after a hard days skiing is worth a few points on it's own. But to rate the hotel only on it's location would be a dis-service to this hotel. The staff without exception were friendly... More

After our arrival at 19.00 on Jan 1 we ordered two drinks with the bar waiter. We waited 15 minutes and re-ordered again with another waiter, then re-ordered again at the bar, and never got our drinks until asking again and having to drink them whilst standing in the long queue on the stairs of the restaurant. At 20.30, after... More

* Excellent ski in - ski out position. * Booked 'superior room', £24 per night extra - this was very small with tired basic furniture, old CRT box TV and balcony too small to accommodate a chair or table (but with good mountain view). * Went the week prior to Easter in school holidays, our mistake. as hotel seemed full... We stayed here in february, for a week. The dinner buffet was very good and varied, the breakfast however was very mediocre. White bread, yoghurt, ham, 1 cheese and eggs. At about every morning I had to ask for new hot water, fruit, orange juice and coffee. Quite not the same variety and standard as in the evening, obviously inspired... More
