This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Our bathroom was filthy. It was cold in our room and in the swimming pool. Some staff members were very rude. 2nd visit to this accommodation, can ski in, but short walk out to ski lifts.good location with lovely views. clean large rooms, nice sauna and small pool, steam room but working properly but refunded half cost because of this. room was ready when we arrived at 10 am which was a bonus. bread delivery service saves going out every morning
