Our room was comfortable and clean. The linen smelled very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. The eggs were so good and freshly made. The fruit and yogurt was stocked. The front desk clerk was friendly!!

The first night we arrived, I saw several roaches on the desk and on the refrigerator. I called the front desk that evening and they let me know that they could not do anything until the morning. We stayed two nights at this hotel and had a very good experience, overall, it is conveniently located and very well maintained. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room. We will be back!

We were only there for one tonight...it was very easy to get to the Shrine in San Juan and then head back to the outlets to shop!! this hotel is right next to the outlets, so if you're going just to shop ...this is perfect.... Stayed here for 2 nights on personal business. Nice clean hotel; fairly new. Large mini-suite at a very reasonably rate. Micro-fridge, workstation were appreciated. Much nicer than Harlingen LaQuinta in every aspect. The only negative thing was one morning breakfast was not completely set up until 6:45. No big deal since I was not in a hurry. I recommend this...
