I stayed for 5 days at the resort in March and will definitely visit again. It's located minutes from the airport; however, you'll never hear planes flying overhead. The main building has a beautiful fireplace and comfy chairs where you can read or play games. I particularly enjoyed the spectacular bay view from under the palm trees on the lawn.... More

Just returned from a lovely 5 day stay at Grotto Bay. Before selecting this hotel, we read all of the reviews, called the hotel but were still skeptical, until we arrived. We were not disappointed. The proximity to the airport made travel easy and inexpensive. You do not hear the planes from he hotel so don't be concerned about that.... More

Grotto Bay was very adequate and enjoyable. Nice, clean room. Loved swimming in the cave on the property. Beautiful view. Food was good. Nice location. We were not on the all inclusive plan. Paul, the tennis pro gave a good tennis lesson. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Everyone at the hotel was most helpful and just wonderful. It was very clean. The food was great! Make sure to visit with E. Michael the night Manager. Great guy and very knowledgeable! We enjoyed our stay very much and will most definitely go back!
