Very friendly staff. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good. Wifi is normally fast, but in some rooms you might get low signal. “Big room, free wifi, good breakfast buffet. No restaurant.”

Stayed for two nights. Room was very big. Free wifi, no access codes, no hassle. Breakfast buffet all you need. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but because it is situated close to the city centre, there are plenty of possibilities within walking distance. The one recommended by the very attentive front desk officer was outstanding.

“Good rooms, excellent value for money”

I stayed for two nights which cost me eur120 including breakfast and wifi. Room was very big with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite adequate. If you are staying in Tres Cantos for business over travelling then I thoroughly recommend. Tres Cantos is not Madrid so by taxi it took me around 30 minutes. No evening restaurant at the hotel... “Dull area but good for overnight stay enroute to Segovia”

Perfectly acceptable, especially as we arrived late and left early. Complementary fruit in reception. Pastries, meats, cheese, juice and coffee breakfast. Park on street to avoid charge but may be busy during work hours.

I was a great choice because we had rented a car and didn't want to drive in Madrid city center. Very safe area you can park outside for free or pay 10.00 Euros a day to park underneath the building with direct access to your floor using the lift. unbelievable what one gets for such a low rate : decent rooms, healthy breakfast, free Wifi.... And extremely helpful and friendly staff. Am not sure if this is the right place for a tourist who wants to visit Madrid, but there is the direct train/metro so manageable !
