The food at the restaurant is not so good and not value for money. Also, they only had 1 waiter so the order was very slow, you have to grab the waiter literally. Other than that, simple and very clean room...comfortable and value for money. You have to have a car....

The room was a lowstandard IBIS-room, not more. The breakfast was of low quality. Very high trafficnoise, but we get a room nearly without noise. Thanks to the staff for that. The air-conditioning was not working.

We've never been to an Ibis Hotel before and we can say it was better than we expected. Spacious room with a nice and clean shower. Food provision & resturant service needs to be improved when compared against other Ibis hotels found in Europe.

this hotel is ok if you just stay overnight before going into madrid or if you go to the campus of University Carlos III. Rooms are ok, but food in the restaurant is very bad. There is nothing in the bathroom (shower caps, little details like extra shampoo etc.), not even a hairdryer.

Friendly staff, regular Ibis rooms - nothing luxurious, weak air conditioning, but perfectly comfortable - and very cheap prices. The location is great *if* you are driving, as it's right off the motorway, but it's over 10 minutes' walk from the nearest underground station, which isn't ideal if you're carrying heavy luggage.
