We were pleasantly surprise from this hotel. Located at excellent location, very close to Alcala and out of Madrid but close. We choose this hotel for that reason, and to be able to visit Toledo, too. Hotel is clean and new, with parking place, very pleasant staff, tasty food, nice and comfortable room with everything you need.

Good qality hotel much better than the normal Ibis. However, very hot during the night - no aircon and had to open the window but still too hot. There is no restaurant here for dinner only very average bar food - so you need to drive to find a good restaurant (plenty in Alacala centre)

We stayed here before going on a flight from Madrid.Its about a 20 minute walk from the old historic quarter which is world heritage listed.Its well worth a visit and you can get into madrid easily enough if you wish.The hotel itself is typical of Ibis.basic,friendly and clean.The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was a cold... Ibis Alcala la Garena is convenient to Alcala de Henares attactions, Barajas Intl Airport, and Madrid (via rail). Friendly, helpful staff, quiet location. Secure parking and proximity to rail station are pluses.
