Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed. A budget hotel which yet has everything you need! It was very clean, quiet and cozy, just ideal for every type of travellers. Every floor has its own small kitchen in case you need to cook something quickly or to boil some water. The hotel has two floors connected with a spacious lift. We were also provided a babycot free of charge. The room was cleaned every day with its towels to be changed every time(!!!). The breakfast was just amazing! Everything was cooked and baked by the owner of the hotel. For such a small hotel, the variety of the food was big enough. Also, every morning and after breakfast, we were given for the kids, by the owner, an aluminum foil full of food. In one word, everything was delicious! The most important of all i guess is that the hotel is just one way down to the Thermal Spring of Edipsos and the beach (app. 150m) and less than 10' walk from the city center. The parking is not a problem as you can park just in front of the hotel or on the parallel street. In general we were astonished by our accomodation in the hotel and of course by the service of the very helpful and friendly owners. We are thankful for everyhting. Wait for us next year!

After a friendly invitation, we had a short term stay. Very nice clean and affordable hotel/apartment. I easily second that. While it doesn't offer the "best" view of the coastial Edipsos, you don't have any disturbing street noises when you open your balcony door in the morning or any other time of day/night. The hotel seems to be quite new or renovated with good noise isolation and well airconditioned -much appreciated in the hot summer months-, with rooms beautifully decorated, simple but chic.. The breakfast and manager's reception was also pretty good. Elena, the owner, was very friendly, eager to help you. She has even accepted a late check out without charging us which was very convenient to say at least. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed at this idyllic hotel/apartment for a week and wish it was longer, just so relaxed and clean . very lovely and helpful staff always ready for a chat and willing to help with anything. Clean sheets every day. well kept ground and fabulous pool with an abundance of free sun loungers. Would recommend this place to anyone. A daily hotel bus service was very convenient and if we were late they always managed to give us a ride into town.

very nice clean hotel. new renovated - rooms are nice and vary clean. The owner was smiling nice lady. She gave us a vary good and fast service. We were not in the tourist season. So most of the hotel was empty. We booked a room for 3 with extra bed. When she saw that the kids are grown, she'd voluntarily offered 2 rooms at no extra cost. The cost was 40 euros including a nice breakfast for all of us. If you are planning to explore the island Avaya - we strongly advise.
