Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay perfect! The rooms are so comfortable with big beds, coffee makers and great showers. This is a beautiful hotel and very well managed. I was in McKinney for business (great town by the way) and was very fortunate to stay here. All the rooms are unique and done in a victorian manner but with modern amenities. Wonderful experience and I hope to be able to visit again. The restaurant Rick's Chop House is excellent!

We have stayed here several times and The Grand is a great escape whether you live in the area or not. The staff are very helpful with local info on restaurants and/or general questions.Manager of the hotel is accessible and very friendly. We always look forward to our stays here.
