The pool was dirty, and closed down. The room had spider webs, an old shirt left from a previous renter. “down-home but friendly, all the basics and more”

Great and friendly staff working hard to serve you. “Good value”

The name has changed, but the accommodations are great. This hotel was built for the secret service agents and related Bush people while he was president. Obviously there is nothing in Crawford, so this hotel is the closest and best to the president's ranch. Service and cleanliness were good, and very quiet. Not plush, but a good value....
