“terrible service”

I called the to speak with the manager and was told by a desk that she can take a message. I left my number but after 2 days of patiently waiting - no call back. This is the type service I got from the general manager Lorena Reyes

“Great for the price”

This hotel is actually not bad it is a little outdated but it did the job for the night they have a nice bar and they offer a free breakfast the downside they do not have many outlets I had to search for one so I could charge my phone I am a smoker and there were not any ashtrays... More

My receipt says this is a Holidome Inn & Suites, but that's what it used to be. This place hasn't been taken care of for a very long time! The tv color couldn't be adjusted properly, so they changed it quickly. The location off Expressway 83 is very noisy. The outside temp got into the 40's that night, but the... More
