From the Management to housekeeping staff the Customer Service is outstanding, location is close to everything , easy access to freeway without the freeway noise. Rooms are spacious so you dont feel cramped. This is the only place i will stay when traveling to lubbock. Keep up the good work Arbor Inn and Suites.

I booked this hotel solely based on their beautiful pool. This family owned inn is totally unique. Each room is designed for maximum comfort and space. Every room is a suite at a normal room price. You can really spread out in comfort in these rooms. They are meticulously maintained and the beds are extra comfortable. You are more than likely to see the owners on the property every day.... More

This motel is VERY large, clean, and comfortable! The staff is fantastc, welcoming, helpful, and very accommodating! We had the most wonderful weekend! (And, walked over to Joe's Crab Shack for an amazing meal with great people!) Thank you Texans for you fantastic hospitality!
