The entire staff is very polite, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Embassy Suites offer a great location, beautiful and clean atmosphere, and excellent accommodations. The only place our family will stay when visiting Lubbock.

After a three day drive from Nevada, we were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff. Then we saw our elegant suite. Everything was perfectly clean and nicely decorated. The manager's reception was excellent as was the complimentary breakfast. Great property. I recommend everyone should stay there.

I stay here twice a month and it is always the best hotel experience overall. They are the friendliest by far, will help get you where you need to go, recommend dining. The staff and rooms here are great but the place needs a major renovation. The fountain in the lobby is beautiful and the evening reception is great. Only complaint is we had a view of a brick wall for our room

Only stay at this hotel twice a year.........but the service is always fantastic. I stepped out of the shuttle from the airport today........the general manager greeted me and handed my room key to me. Did not even have to go the front desk. All of the folks here are friendley and willing to help......
