Left an ipad in my room and it was gone after the room was serviced. Hotel would not even apologize let alone offer any restitution. Completely unprofessional managers. Would never go to this hotel again.

We stayed here on a Friday night in February for my son's high school baseball tournament. The hotel booked the baseball teams on the two upper floors of the hotel and we were on a lower floor. We spent last friday and saturday night at the Embassy Suites. Location with proximity to the North Mall was super. Lots of good restaurants in the area to eat at. Stayed here four nights on a business trip. Really good breakfasts. Hot buffet breakfast bar, the usual breads, pastries, cereals, yogurts and juices. Omelets are made to order, including egg-white or Egg-Beaters omelets for the health-conscience. Staff is very attentive. Hotel provides free 24-hour shuttle service to the airport. Do not try asking the front desk for help on anything from god local places to eat to why thier computers in the business center are not working. All you will get is a deer in the head light look.
