Looking for a quiet, clean, safe, and affordable room for a quick business trip to Laredo. I had never stayed at this Hampton Inn before, but found it to be a very enjoyable experience. Quiet room though located on a major freeway. Easily accessible for restaurants, the mall and other businesses. Will be visiting again soon.

Like all Hampton Inns in which I have stayed I was very pleased with my experience. While all have offered breakfasts the quality has ranged from okay to very good. I stay at this location regularly when I am in Laredo on business. The staff is friendly. The lobby could use a remodel. The breakfast area is always clean and neat. Rooms are basic but they have been remodeled recently and now have flat screen TV's. The TV channels have been upgraded to DirecTV so there are more channel choices... More

like microwaves and refrigerators in their twin queen/double bed rooms. Will not be staying here again in the future unless I have no other choice. I travel for business and stay at chain hotels. This particular Hampton Inn was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fresh and the staff were very friendly. I slept really well, too. Both Johnny Carino's and Applebee's are within walking distance.

Everything was good on my last visit to Laredo, Tx. Very clean hotel, excellent service from front desk. The pool looks good but i didn't use it because weather was a little cold. The greeting was warmer than the September day and it was 104° !! Candy,Debbie, & Michelle greeted me like a friend they had not seen for years. Loved my stay here!!! Stayed 2 nights and everything was perfect. Front desk lady "Candy" was very friendly and helpfull. Room was very clean and updated. Staff was beyond nice. Breakfast was yummy. We will be staying here everytime we go no need to go anywhere else this place was perfect.

Pretty standard hotel that was the equivalent of Hampton Inns anywhere in the uSA. What made this stand out was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff who I encountered.
