May 2012- all i have to say is BED BUGS !! left at 230 in the morning after to awakening and finding bugs in both beds.....
We stayed as a friend did the reservation for us. We were 4, stayed one night and had enough room for us, it was a small room with 2 queen beds, but we just wanted to spend the night, to rest and continue with our shopping the following day. Rooms are confortable and they equipped with nice beds, a large...

The rooms are not very well kept up and the service is just bad. The place is full of street people and lot lizards. I have stayed at many La Quintas and this is an embarrassment to the name. You are better off staying at the Motel 6 Laredo South. I stayed there because I was just going to stay...

A dreadful place, drunks, prostitutes, noisy, panhandlers all hours.Spent two nights and could not leave fast enough.Tired 3 times to get rid of the drunks in front of my door and finally after notfying the desk 3 times told them if they didn't call the police, I would. Their Security Giuard did nothing.
Surly staff, Noisy, unsafe, bugs in some...

I've stayed in some real flea bag hotels, but compared to this one, they were palaces. The front desk staff is inept, to say the least. It took them over 20 minutes to get me checked into a room, which had already been reserved down to the room number. They take forever to answer the phone when calling the front...

I stayed as a Katrina evacuee. They charged the govt. $90, after I secured a $59 rate directly with La Quinta reservations. Rooms are nice, staff is nice, but the hotel lacks many things: a shuttle van, even a luggage cart. The neighborhood is horrible. Prostitutes seen across the street at a sleazy motel, and weirdos up and down San...

Laredo Motels generally, except for the finest, could use a lot of improvement. And this La Quinta is probably the least favorite motel in which I stayed in Laredo. Its not uncommon for them to overcharge, fowl up credit card charges, have plumbing problems, parking problems, loose reservations, etc. I'll stay there again only because one of my party probably...

When I visited my fiance, now wife, from Saltillo, I would often spend the night in a Laredo hotel. I have stayed several times in each of the major Laredo hotels. The La Quinta is the best buy for the price. I never spent a bad night here. The rooms were always clean, quiet and spacious with excellent TV. I...

Noisy car alarm outside until 3 in the morning. The mini fridge would have been nice if it was turned on prior to arrival. (it took forever to cool down) Nice king room. Clean but had no "no disturb" sign.
Couldn't give me extra linens at front desk even though it was early in the afternoon. I paid nothing b/c...

I've stayed at other LaQuintas and generally they are acceptable - not here. We walked into a room with a terrible odor, black mold around the tub and a toilet that had seen better days. We didn't stay 5 minutes. We returned to the desk, asked for a refund and stayed at the Hampton Inn.
