“Service makes the difference”

I have stayed at three of the Katy Hotels. I have settled on Best Western Plus because their people always offer me such great service. The hotel is well kept; the people great. I would have given the hotel five stars, but the beds are too hard.

“First Time in Katy, Texas.”

Excellent Hotel in a great location very close to Katy Mills Mall, with very good attencion from the employees, Excellent room and very, vrey clean. I stayed for 4 nighgts, I would like to thanks Karen Reyes, recepcionist for all wonderful help every time I request something.

“Great stay good price”

Great things to say about this hotel. Walking distance to Katy Mills Mall, Wasl Mart Supercenter, Starbucks, and a great Italian restaurant on the corner of the strip mall across the street. Breakfast was good, hands eggs and meat. One morning was a chicken patty which I thought strange.

“Will Stay Here Again”

Stayed a week here for the birth of our first grandchild. Clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting in Katy. No complaints! The rooms have high ceilings giving it a bigger feel. Free breakfast was typical as in all hotels like this.

“Very convenient and worth the money!”

Clean clean and definately in a great location near everything.... Malls, groceries, restaurants.... Great for business purposes. My husbands pick for every travel through the area. Comfortable beds and always helpful staff. Even went out of the way when I booking was wrong.
