I have stayed here twice during business trips. Both times have been very pleasant. The front desk personnel are friendly, the place is very clean and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. Not only that, but it is convenient to shopping, airport, and many various restaurants of all types. For the money, can't beat it !

I was very disappointed with my stay from Nov 15-Nov 21. 1st of all the pictures online make this hotel look so much better then it is. Upon arrival I immediately see water stains along the building walls below the AC. The gentleman at the desk never once said"welcome to our hotel" or "enjoy your stay" or any greetings or... More

Stayed here three nights to save some money while looking for apartments in Las Colinas area. Hotel is conveniently located to Macarthur Blvd and the airport. Yet the good things end there. Room cleanliness can be severely improved. Except for the bathroom - which was clean - the sofa, chairs, and carpet smelled pretty bad. Also, bedsheets were stained -... More

We stayed 3 nights and have to say the beds were really comfortable and clean. The room had new tv's and cable tv. Breakfast was a little on the sad side, with coffee & waffles not available after 9am, although, the staff were quick to refill the coffee at least. The service from the front desk staff was good. Nick... More

I stayed here with my parents (senoirs) and we found the place comfortable. Yes, breakfast is not much, but it's free - muffins, coffee, cereal, fruits and juice. The front desk people were friendly and helpful in giving directions on how to get around. Good value for what we paid. Parking is included and close to many restaurants and shops.... More

Not to be a racist - but the place is run by an Indian family who are just out for themselves. i.e.-Arrogant, condescending, and needs much maintenance. Breakfast buffet is just plan sad. Things end up missing from your room and they deny re-compensation. I'll make sure that anyone from our Bio-tech company NEVER stays there. Not to be rude,... More

I stayed one night at this hotel in Irving as a single female travelor. I was looking for a hotel close to DFW airport without paying a high price for a one night stay. I'm familiar with the area as I used to live nearby years ago. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short distance. The hotel... More

The whole hotel smells bad (mixture of dampness and weed). The rooms are filthy. Staff is rude and totally unprofessional. Forget value for money. Will not go back to this dump even if paid to do so. If you care for your safety, do not go to this dump. Looks and feels just like the drug deal places you see... More
