What stood out the most about this property, was how comfortable the room was and how good a sleep I had. Though this should be the most important reason for staying at any hotel, it is often overlooked. The location near the airport, though convenient, is a bit weak. It seems like a safe area, but that doesn't really matter... More

...gotta say, I'm not one to be overly pampered and serviced, when it comes to choosing, and staying at hotels; however, being that I work at a hotel, occasionally, thanks to employee discounts, it's always noteworthy and enlightening, to get a chance to see things from the customer perspective...possibly add to my own customer service approach. The Sheraton DFW was... More

This is a typical airport hotel. The rooms were nice but the bathroom small and outdated. The staff was friendly and the lobby was large and very crowded with a conference. They did have a club room which is a plus. The parking was free another plus. The internet was average.

As an occasional business traveler over many years I have developed fairly low expectations for most typical business travel oriented hotels. Even so this place disapponted me at just about every turn. Although the desk clerk told me to look for an airport shuttle with a "Sheraton" sign on the side, the shuttle actually had no such sign, and I... More

Tonight, I had the unpleasant experience of smelling cigarette smoke in my room. I contacted the front desk and they offered to move me to another room. It was 11:30pm! I told them I didn't want to be inconvenienced, I wanted them to find out who was smoking and take care of it. I was contacted by officer (who knows)... More

I recently stayed here overnight while attending a meeting. We arrived late in the evening. Our service for dinner at the restaurant was extremely SLOOOOOWWW. There were at least three or four waiters for a nearly empty restaurant, and one would pour the water, one would bring the bread and butter, and one would bring the food. The food (seafood... More

The check in clerk was really pleasant - subsequent meetings with her - she remembered our name! The room was updated but unfortunately so small. The desk chair hampered entrance to the room and did not fit under the desk. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like an airplane but did not exhaust! TV selection was so limited -... More

Dear Granny Mary P, Thank you so much for your kind comments about our staff! At the Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel, we want you to feel like you belong! We stayed for the Steel Guitar Convention and found the hotel lacking in many ways. If you didn't particapate in the convention there was nothing to do as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is too far out and tour companys don't come out here so if you dont drive you are trapped. Also there is only... More

We stayed here for a week while we were at a conference in the hotel. Definitely stay on Club Level - it was so worth it. We got free breakfast, free internet (you have to pay if you stay on other floors), free apetizers, free soda all day, free wine and beer at night. Our room was very nice, and... More
