The staff at the Hyatt hotel are great! They went above and beyond their duty. They were courteous and friendly, and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. The rooms were spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Keep up the good work! Thanks for the free breakfast.

Our first night the hotel was unable to accommodate our reservation request for a king bed except for a handicap room. I'm not in a wheelchair, but I'm not sure the room would be very pleasant for someone that was. Great hotel. Conveniently located near DFW and downtown Ft. Worth! Staff was awesome and super nice. The rooms are quite spacious. Decor is very modern and upscale. Near a lot of dining options, many in walking distance. Plenty of parking. Great and plentiful breakfast which is free. Wifi too. Will definitely be back!

The rooms are clean, the service is wonderful. The staff are a real inspiration. It is located less than a mile from a mall and a host of restaurants. I love this place. It is my hotel of choice in the DFW area.

Rooms are typical Hyatt Place, which is good. No close places to eat, 20 min from DFW (airport). Nice place but other properties give you better acess to dinning and entertainment.
