The toilet seat had a drop of urine underneath it. Underneath the rim, there were green stains running down. There were a lot of black and brown spots underneath the rim that looked like black mold and feces. It looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months. Have stayed at this facility several times waiting to fly out of IAH. Rooms are fine for price but they need to improve their breakfast offerings. Not expecting omelets at this price but need to offer a few more varieties of pastries and fruit. Previous visits found unresponsive and surly staff, but this appears to be improving. We stayed (unexpectedly) for one night, and remained for a second one. We were welcomed late in the evening, and the duty Manager was able to answer all our questions.
