I'm rating this dump as 1 because there is no negative number. I travel a lot, and this place is a DUMP. United Airlines: SHAME ON YOU FOR PUTTING US UP HERE. We had a flight delay, and this is where they sent us. NO. NO WAY. The exterior and lobby looked good to us after 5 hours from Seattle,... More

The hotel looked more like a cheap motel inside the rooms. Most of the doors were in bad shape and needed repainting. The room I stayed in smelled of smoke and I requested a non-smoking room. The outlets in the room were not working correctly and one was loose and looked as if it was kicked in. The bath water... More

I stayed at this Ramada due a 12 hours layover at Houston Airport. I arrived very early in the morning and after calling and making a reservation a La Quinta (the shuttle never showed) I took the Ramada shuttle to this hotel. The hotel shows that is under an extensive renovation. I received a huge and clean doble room well... More

Thsi hotel must have been a fine place when it was opened but it has not been kept up to standard. Our fridge did not work (but was quickly replaced) and the room safe was inoperable. We were told that all the safes in the hotel were unreliable and that, even if we could get it open, we should not... More

After reading the other reviews here I was plenty nervous, but was pleasantly surprised. This is an older hotel with smallish but adequate-size rooms, especially if traveling solo. The kingsize bed was comfy, new flat-screen had a good selection, and the micro-fridge worked well. In addition there was a comfy lounge chair in the corner well positioned for watching TV.... More

I travel quite a bit and, judging from the other reviews I've written for Trip Advisor, I am not a harsh critic. The two stars I've given this hotel are well-deserved. Our party of 14 booked six rooms. All of the rooms had a funky smell. Two of the rooms had serious problems (power went out in one and toilet... More

I needed a hotel close to the airport because I had a 5:00am check in time. This place was noisy, and it wasn't airplanes that kept me awake. I could hear the bar or resturant from my room. And people were hollering in the hall several times as well. The walIs are paper thin, I could hear someone on the... More

Stayed 4 nights, 12/27 thru 12/31/2011, we were vacationing. The room was clean, comfortable, surprisingly quiet considering the fact that the hotel borders the IAH airport. Housekeeping staff were wonderful to us! The hotel is old but very clean and the decor is attractive (some areas are being refurbished). Unfortunately, there are numerous inconveniences: Our first clue was the fact... More

Stayed here last night, November 15th. Hotel was busy because of multiple flight delays at IAH due to weather. Got stuck here due to a flight cancellation and given the circumstances I didnt expect a perfect experience. The problem with the hotel was not the people at the desk, it was management for not properly staffing, etc. I arrived at... More

This is an old refurbished hotel, rooms have good size and furniture looks new, but the bathroom still looks very old. Room was clean in general, AC worked fine. Breakfast was nasty looking I didn’t dare to even try it. This is an alternative only if you have a early flight, but I am sure there are better options around... More
