“Good location, no free breakfast, free parking”

This hotel is inside a shopping mall. My wife would love to stay here. I am a platinum member and I asked for me free Internet. I was told that I was only a gold member. I ask them to double check because when I sign in to my account, It says "Platinum". I did not get my free Internet.... More

“Dreamt of staying here so I can shop till I drop”

Very spacious, clean, 2 queen sized beds, great view of galleria. Room decor was updated and contemporary. Located inside the galleria shopping center. Had a very positive visit. Never had to leave the galleria for the weekend. Drawbacks: had to pay for Internet and valet fee was on the high side.

“Maids will steal...”

LOCK YOUR VALUABLES UP!!! The maid will steal from you if anything is left out or left behind. The elevator system was horrible and not more efficient than standard elevators. Especially with a large group. It's a rarity I send a negative review as this is my first negative review of a hotel and hopefully my last.

“Enjoyable Stay”

Very lovely hotel. Located at the Galleria there was no shortage of shopping or dining. Room was spacious and comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool area and we had a wonderful view of the Houston area.
