The property was undergoing reservations, thus the low review. I am typically pleased with hilton properties, and my room was fine with no noise. BUT I did stay on the concierge level, and could notice all the noise as I went through the hotel daily. The staff was wonderful, and very accomidating. Dining at the Rio, which is attached, was... Booked the room thru Priceline. I expressed my concerns about a clean room and told about the things I heard at tripadvisor. The older guy at the reception upgraded the room to an allergy free one without charge which was nice. We could not use the purifier, however, due to its noise. One suggestion: Just get rid of carpeting, why... More

Napping is impossible as they are currently redecorating and there was a constant drilling/hammering noise during the day. We were on the 6th floor and upgraded to a suite which consists of a bedroom and a seperate living area. The only drawers in the bedroom are in the nightstand and there is no closet in the actual bedroom. Mold in... More

Very decent hotel with friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. The Executive Lounge is only serving breakfast on week days. As remarked earlier, mobile phone reception in my room was very poor, so was very depending on the Internet connection.

Very nice Hilton property. My son and I stayed in a room with 2 double beds. The room did have a refrigerator. Very comfortable and centrally located. I was there helping him relocate to a new job. The hotel was close to food, shopping, his new apartment, everything. The only drawback was that the heat did not work properly. Maintenance... More

This hotel just wasn't what I expecting from a Hilton hotel. The elevators were slow and creaking, with one of the three being fixed most days of my stay (over a week), the floor of one was patched up with sticky tape. The air conditioning unit in my room, although effective with cooling, was loud and clunky, with a sound... More

I stayed here while traveling solo on a business trip. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms itself were large, clean with amazing windows for natural lighting. The hotel was situated with lots of restaurants, gas stations, and shopping plazas around it. I only stayed for one night, and did not get a chance to use their amenities or... More

I stayed here for 6 nights in February of 2012 for a large sales conference with my company. It was a very uncomfortable stay, and I am glad to say that I will never go back to this property. I am a Gold Member Hilton Hhonors member, and I can say that any Hampton Inn is 10x better than this... More

I stayed here for business, it was comfortable once they got the air conditioning in my room working. Seems it is an older system and they have to physically turn the valve for heat or air conditioning which is located in the ceiling in the bathroom. They were quick to respond to my complaint and the room cooled down quickly.... More
