Despite of the chain reputation, great location to work at downtown and Energy Corridor and average facilities, the poor service in the front desk and staff make me unable to recommend at least this specific hotel of the chain.

I choosed this hotel for the location: close to freeway and galleria area. The pool is nice, but a lot of noise from the traffic. Staff is nice. My room was very humid. The bar area is nice. You can also have dinner in the bar area instead of the restaurant. Nice when you are alone.

Nice hotel especially for this part of town. Not that the area is particularly run down, but it's not in a big hotel/tourist part of town. This " Hilton" was not up to what I perceive as Hilton standards. We had 3 people and had to be shuffled to 3 different rooms before we had enough beds to accommodate us and I told them ahead of time that we had 3 people. The second room, we had to go to the desk 3 times to tell... More

Stayed here for the weekend , enjoyed the comfort , great bed and room ideal after a long flight Service is great esp at the bar , the girl was very busy but always found time for great service Breakfast excellent When next in Houston I will make sure I stay here

excellent in every way. the staff and hotel met or exceeded our expectations in every way. We have stayed with them in the past. each experience is as the last.... a pleasure. All Hotel costs a rising. Hilton offers the best value for a full service hotel.

When traveling and experiencing airline issues the worst that can happen is to experience a bad hotel. I have a bad traveling experience due to weather. Got to hotel late and exhausted. Hotel crew walk the line to help me feel better. After a long working day welcome greetings by staff make a difference. (Including security)
