This was a good hotel overall but had some issues with staffing after 10pm and before 5am. Housekeeping was slow but did a good job once they arrived. For business the amenities were good and always available.

We have stayed a many Marriott properties, and we found this one just average. It is an old property and it felt old. We were there on a Sunday night, which may not be the most exciting of times, but the bar/lounge was actually dreary. The location is good if shopping at the Galleria is in your plans.
