Great staff! Awesome boutique hotel with personality. I booked a room for my Mom since she was having surgery in the med center and they made her feel special and went over and above to make her stay as comfortable as possible.

I was at the hotel for a Latino American charity gala this month, and I was very impressed with the excellent service provided by our valet person named william. he was very attentive, kind, opened the door and help us to the hotel entrance. This is a what a 5 star hotel is all about!
