I did not like the hotel - old although maintained good. Front officers are not smiling at all. They have not looked at me either. Water pressure in shower cubic was very bad. No way that you can take quick shower.
But the chief concierge at the hotel Mr.Osman is from completly different story.

for the first time i was staying in an intercontinental this is a good stay for me. staff was helpful and kind except one waitress at the bar who was overstressed. good access and facilities. having to pay the internet is always bothering me, especially for each device but it worked ok. good place to stay for business.

This is my company's preferred hotel in Houston and it offers great service and a great location. The breakfast buffet service is wonderful with a variety of fresh fruit and breakfast pastries in addition to the traditional fare. Unfortunately on my last visit, my room had some noisy equipment related to the entertainment center that interrupted my sleep.

Warm welcome on arrival. Staff generally helpful. No problem with room. Bed comfortable. Internet worked ok. Towels etc changed when required. TV reception and channel availability pretty poor. Ordered room service once which was good and prompt service. Breakfast was good and service excellent.
