Great service friendly staff ,gave excellent directions on how to get to destination. Room was very clean as was the rest of the Hotel.Location was great near restraunts and shopping centers in a great area of Houston.

With our puppy, we stayed there for Christmas 2012 for several days. The room was spacious,clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than you would expect at a motel.The staff was helpful. This will be our "go-to" place for stays on this side of Houston.

This is an extended stay hotel so our room was spacious with a full kitchen. Not luxury - in need of a remodel with popcorn ceiling, old style TV and orange curtains, but acceptably clean and adequate. Proximity to 249 meant a lot of traffic noise. Stayed in the hotel for convinence to meeting the next day. Was placed in a room with a living room and kitchen.. I would recommend to request a non-adjoining room since I was able to hear the neighbors tv and muffled conversations if I sat on the couch next to door. Food in am was good. This LaQuinta Inn and Suites leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms have an odor, not overpowering, but a musty, dusty scent, and -after being vacuumed it smelled like cat litter for a while.
