The westin is well mainained, but the rooms not special. The gym on the top floor allows to relax while the outdoor pool on the roof is rather small an windy. The location is conveniently located on Katy freeway - close tp most major offices, but also with lots of nice restairaunts around. The staff was very helpful.

Great hotel. I loved the infinity pool. The room was spacious and easy access to Memorial City mall for a couple shopping retreat. I would definitely stay here again if I get another good deal on this hotel.

Very clean. Nice bathroom. Great to have a skywalk attaching the hotel to the mall across the street. The pool area is phenomenal up on the 18th floor with an open view to the city. Nice breeze. I would love to stay at this hotel location again!

The location is perfect and the shuttle was very convenient. They will bring you anywhere within 5 miles. Everyone from Manny the valet to the front desk to the drivers were all extremely courteous and very helpful. Outstanding bar and restaurant and being connected the the Memorial City Mall is a great bonus. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed at the Westin this past weekend. I was looking for a hotel that was near, but not in downtown or the Galleria. This was a great location, attached to a mall, bonus! When we arrived, we were told that because the previous guest had smoked in our room, we would be receiving a free upgrade! The upgraded room was fabulous! The staff was accomodating and very nice. Clean, modern, comfortable room. The lounge and restaurant were great also.
