“Billed me 3 times!”

Booked a room for my parents to stay near our house. They enjoyed the room, however the organisation at the hotel was terrible. I initially booked online and pre-paid the room. We then decided to take the upgrade to club floor for an extra $30/night. For some reason they billed my card for the room (again) plus the upgrade fee.... More

If you find yourself in this part of Houston, the Westin Houston Memorial City is the place to stay. This modern, new hotel is well situated near major highways with easy access to local businesses. First off, the price for this place on a weekend was a steal. If you can get rooms for $119-$130 a night, it is extremely worth it. “Good hotel and function venue”

Stayed here for a week with a work conference and had no complaints. Modern, well appointed rooms, friendly staff. Complimentary and flexible shuttle in local area. Only suggestion I would have is for some other eating and dining options in the hotel, but there are ALS plenty of options in the nearby area.

“Very nice Westin in the Houston Area”

Terrific room, Executive Suite upgrade. Very clean. Mini fridge. Kitchenette, living space, 2 bathrooms, nice bed. Slept well, quiet. 8th floor, and still nice and quiet. Many windows. Good tv reception. Internet fairly good. Pictures enclosed in review. Room service very good.
