Highly recommend the Holiday Inn, Houston Intercontinental Airport. Rooms are very spacious and clean. One negative about the rooms would be the lack of refrigerator and microwave; but from my perspective, that's the only thing missing. Nice pool and gym. Restaurant is decent as well.
