An enormous fire burned almost 50% of the property the weekend of July 4th. The property is being remodeled as an apartment complex on the lake.

The location was great! Right on the water, next to the beach and a few blocks from downtown. Room set up was very usable with a kitchen and separate bedroom from the living room. We had no reservation but they took care of us as soon as we arrived . Very friendly staff. Very nice hotel and it was perfect by the water. Felt like just home. Will stay again.

The place is older and not deluxe at all, but represents a good value due to very spacious interiors and a great view overlooking the lake. The location is perfect as it is only a block to the square and all the shops, restaurants, and shows. Also, it is right next to the beach area which is actually pretty nice.... More
