I attended a Women's Retreat at the Ranch and wish I could have time to do more! The rooms, restaurant and other facilities were wonderful! Their attention to detail is above and beyond my expectations! Right down to the soap and bath products in the bathroom. We went on a trail ride our last afternoon and Jeremy, our horse guide... This was a great place to stay. Jay and Jeremy who run most of the activities were excellent. We rode horses three times and shot shotguns in between! It's hard to describe how helpful everyone was, they have perfected southern hospitality in a Western Texas ranch. The rooms are well furnished and well kept and the on-site restaurant is excellent... More

A real taste of the Famous Southern Hospitality, beautiful location, great rooms. I stayed in one of the cabins and loved it. The view's are beautiful from the balcony of your own cabin. Shooting Skeet and Ridding Horses is worth the 23.5 hour journey from Sydney, Australia. I would do it again. Highly recommend it.

Had a company celebration at WildCatter and the place and people were great. The cabins are very nice and the scenery isn't to bad either. There are so many options from just relaxing looking over the country side to doing an Amazing Race. I would recommend WildCatter for anyone wanted to get out of the city and enjoy a little... More

We slipped out of Fort Worth for an overnight and a bit of "cowboy experience". The place was easy to find and clean as a whistle (extremely important to us). We stayed in one of the hotel rooms. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Had dinner at the steakhouse and it was wonderful. Went back for drinks later and chatted... More

My husband and I stayed here right before Thanksgiving on our way to S. Texas, and then again on our way home. It is a great place.........we had a "cabin" both times and it is decorated like you would expect ranches to be. A lot of historical photos and a book and DVD of the history of the area is... More

Wildcatter Ranch may be your best lodging and relaxation option for many miles, in this area. We stayed in one of the "cabins" - actually a series of four-plexes - and the room was large, well appointed and comfortable. Sitting outside in the rockers on the large porch and watching sunrises/sunsets over the valley was probably my favorite part, although... More

Stayed here for one night, but should have stayed more nights. Beautifull designed cabins with wood, fire place, all equipments are there, seperate toilet from the bathroom and outside a patio with stunning views. A small but good swimming pool. A lot of outdoor activities to do there and the Steakhouse is simply amazing. A true Texan and Ranch experience.... More

My girlfriends and I spent two nights at the wonderful Wildcatter Ranch. We stayed in their cabins which are very comfortable with nice bedding and amenities. The pool was fabulous and after a nice breakfast we went and fed the longhorn cattle! Every employee is courteous and friendly. Just a couple of things - they needed umbrellas by the pool... More

My stay at the Wildcatter Ranch was better than I could have dreamed. I travelled solo for the first time in my life from Canada back to Texas. A bit nervous of travelling by myself but from the moment I arrived at the Wildcatter Ranch I felt as safe as I do at home. The staff are FANTASTIC ! The... More
