For a mom and pop place this rocks. Furnishings a bit old but clean great ac and heat free coffee ice and manager on duty at all times. If driving west don't push on to Dallas, stop here and rest for the night then deal with the traffic and high prices somewhere else.

Really a cute place. Very comfortable beds. Nice clean room. Was even comfortable enough to walk around in room with my shoes off. Bathroom clean.
