Everything is new, very clean, helpful staff, and the lady I was working with sent me a list of things to do prior to our team’s arrival. So we were able to make arrangements to eat and shop between our games.

We got a top floor room. It has a refrigerator and microwave - not all HIEs have these in their rooms. Everything seems to be brand new. The work out room is stellar. Furnishings are very nice.
