The best part about this Embassy--which otherwise isn't very different from any other Embassy Suites--is that it is connected to the convention center, across the street from acres of shopping, and overlooking the minor league baseball stadium. I always stay at this hotel when in the Plano, TX area. The staff is friendly. They are welcoming and easy to work with. I go here for business at least twice a month. I get irritated if the hotel is sold out. The gym is nice.

We love this Hotel and stay every year for the Edgefest Concert in Frisco. We always have a great expereience. It is a nice comfort to come back to after a long day of rockin' out at a concert festival. Can't wait to see you next year....THANKS!!!

“Above average Embassy Suites”

I am a fan of Embassy Suites in general but this one is above average. This is one of the nicest Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in. The staff is excellent and the hotel is a pleasure to stay in. I think this is the best in the Plano, Frisco area.

I would highly recommend this Embassy Suites. It was very clean and well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond their duties to take care of their customers. Have not stayed at many Embassay Suites but this one is very nice. Elegant entrance and overall look. Huge rooms and extremely clean. Easy access to the highway. Will definitely be booking my next stay there for business in the area.
