Everything was old, broken, stained, or smelled. AVOID at all cost!!!! Plus, an alram in the room next to mine went off at 3 AM and did not get turned off until 8 AM. Turns out the room was being used by hotel workers. When i finally went to complain the front desk girl acted like it was my problem...... More

I should've checked the reviews on this hotel. It is a lesson that I will use from now on. This place was terrible. The room I got looked crappy and smelled like paint fumes because they recently remodled it. The toilet was low and the water in it was high to a point where I would sit in it, my... More

We ignored the other reviews and decided to stay at this hotel specifically because of the indoor, heated pool. I called the day before we arrived to confirm that the pool was open and that we would have a non-smoking room. I was assured that the pool, fitness center, AND SPA were working. When we arrived, they were closed and... More

Upon arriving we were welcomed by a dead cat, the smell was horrid. The pool was ice cold, the room had carpet that I would not let my bare feet touch and almost everything was broken. The bates hotel would be an upgrade. If you are thinking of staying here, I hope you have had all your shots. More

Indifferent night clerk (girl), manager (foreign) was verbally abusive. Room had evidences of semen on sheet; human effluent on wall, bed was like concrete. Horrors! More

I needed a hotel that would take pets, and the only other one nearby was out of rooms. This one cost well over $100, and offered very little for such a high price. Rooms were dank, with external entrance. Check-in clerk seemed put out that she had to make the reservation. Access to rooms was by stairs, which was OK,... More

Stayed here as a last resort, since other hotels were booked. Could see immediately why this one had a room available when others did not. Room had musty odor, carpet was damp and walkways were littered with cigarette butts, leaves and dirt. Only room amenity was a bar of soap. Rollaway bed had been left in room. Though internet access... More

The atrium in the center of this hotel is really cool and has a nice large indoor pool. The room was pretty big and when I first walked in I was impressed. Then I took off my shoes. The carpet was so greasy and gross we kept our shoes on unless we were sitting on the bed. The vending machines... More

No one stopping at a small town on the Interstate in the middle of nowhere expects the Ritz, but surely a clean, quiet, and safe room is not too much to ask. For $91+tax we got noisy plumbing, giant spiders, and a door with about six inches of weather stripping -- the rest of the bottom of the door was... More
