The rooms were dirty. There was a large crack under the door. Everything was covered with dust. The back of the comode was loose from the wall. THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED AT A MOTEL. After I complained they added an additional $20.oo to my credit card charges.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences that I've ever had. I was lied to and was berated at when I pointed out that I was upset about being very blatantly lied to. There are many other hotels surrounding this one. Definitely go to one of the others.
