I stayed at this hotel for two nights for a corporate event. As far as the hotel goes, the rooms are recently renovated, but the rooms still look shabby. There was mold in my bathroom, for example. Also, the rooms were wallpapered with a dark cranberry color, making it hard to see. The bathroom was black, which was also impossible... More

CLC rate again, we paid 57 bucks. Remodel going on and the rooms are nice. They need more signs and to make more coffee....they ran out by 8 by the front desk and never got more!! Bar was clean, rooms were great, never ate. Good locatn if you are going to a game or downtown like us. 10 mins from... More

Stayed here for a conference and although the staff were all very friendly and helpful (especially reception, bar and morning breakfast people) and there was an outdoor pool, the hotel was somewhat 'challenged' on several fronts. Nothing wrong with the decor and the food was OK but...mid June in SW USA was more than a little hot this year and... More

Check in - Staff appeared disinterested. Initially only one clerk, who seemed more interested conducting a telephone conversation. As that call ended, he was joined by a second clerk, who while serving me, was interrupted by another call. Nothing more was said to me explaining details of my visit (breakfast, facilities, etc.) other than my room number. Unable to locate... More

This looks like a 1950's construction that used to be some other brand of hotel before it converted to a Raddisson. Here were the problems - The deadlock on the door did not work. It just swung back and forth. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Forget about shutting the door. SLICK bathtub. Like it had a layer of slime... More

This Radisson is currently in the middle of a renovation. The tower appears to be near completion. The rooms in the tower are very comfortable and all have the sleep number bed. The wireless internet access is good in all of the rooms. The showers are not that good. The water pressure is low and the water tempurature does not... More

Worst experience of my life. The bedding was exteremely poor (awoke every 20 minutes to remove the mattress pad from my ribcage), the location was dangerous and very unappealing day or night, and the manager was the worst example of a customer service representative I have ever had the displeasure of running into. Don't believe a word of their advertising....it... More

Loved the hotel. Our group of about 500 was there from May 17-24. I could not have asked for a better hotel staff. Our group keeps late hours, so they did their best to satisfy our strange hours. Hotel was clean, service was excellent and friendly. Would recomend this hotel to any group. We have already arranged to be there... More
