We stay at this hotel every time we are in the Dallas area..The staff is awesome and we are comfortable there..We have never had a problem ... I have even stayed there alone and felt very safe..The hotel could stand to be remodeled but certainly is not a dump..The hotel is pet friendly..

We stay here often due to a son who attends college in the area. Although the hallways are not always the nicest, the rooms always impress. Rooms are large and clean as well as comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet/omelet bar are a great value as well.

The friendliness of the staff could not quite overcome the poorer aspects of this hotel. Stayed at this hotel on January 5, 6, 2012 and was upgraded to a suite, room 622. If this is the same toilet paper used in all Texas Holiday Inns, then it gives a whole new meaning to "rawhide". I stay here often and it is well located, usually clean, rooms are comfortable, has nice bar/tv area, good fitness room and a good breakfast. you'll pay for the breakfast but it is good, omlett bar, fruit, meats, etc....

We have been staing at this older Hotel for years and although showing its age the rooms are comfortable (just ask for the FEATHURE PILLOWS)The standard pillows are terrible. The restaurant is one of the best you will find in any Hioliday inn Hotel. The management is absolutely the best and they truly care .
