“No problems here...we came back for our second night!!”

Not sure what everyone's problem is....sure, the entrance is a little tricky. Hint: it's behind McDonalds. But the hotel room was very clean and updated. The King bed was comfy with awesome pillows and a nice comforter. Everything was working. The large flatscreen TV didn't have HD channels, but a nice TV, all in all. Nice rooms and very nice breakfast- great chef! However we had such trouble finding out how to get into town without a car. The reception ladies we asked didn't know and were not overly helpful at all. A very helpful guest could tell we were struggling and told us about the DART trains and buses! good hotel and excellent breakfast. the staff are very courteous. very helpful and easy to access the various landmarks of Dallas. I enjoyed my staff and will definitely go back. you need to try their breakfast buffet.
