The room is nice, if a bit on the small side and not that well lit. Breakfast on the executive level was sparse , even with it being billed as 'continental'. Gym was very basic. Lobby is pleasant and staff is professional. Good place for a business visit, but nothing special

We like this hotel because it is unassuming, quiet and convenient to North Dallas. The service is welcoming and the staff is eager to please, but not fussy. The hotel has been renovated recently and is elegant and efficient.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. We were in Dallas for a wedding and this was convenient to all the places we need to go. Really enjoyed this Hilton! I would recommend this Hotel based on my experience.

This is a first class Hilton, better yet, it sits in front of a beautiful, upscale, safe residential neighborhood with quiet streets. Has been my first pick in Dallas for Thirteen years. No longer. Room and lobby upgrades dont warrant higher rates. Expensive valet parking only - not prompt either, no room available at check-in, slow bar service... Shame.
