we used this hotel's conference room and had a very pleasureable experience but our stay as a guest was not as pleasant. the front desk clerk was totally disengaged from being 'helpful' as this person had no intention of assisting us in further arrangements (which we had to accomplish ourselves....ONLINE!)...shameful

In town to see Wicked, we stopped at this hotel at the last minute. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Nice room and very clean. Our King room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Good Location, friendly staff, clean rooms, great Corporate rate! Internet was easy to use and high speed. Enjoyed tea and coffee being available at all times. Enjoyed snacks and beverages in the evenings. Breakfast was nice.

Clean, great free breakfast, and employees are very helpful and friendly. Really good managers receiption on Tuesday and Wednesday nights that include beer, wine, and snacks. The hotel is right off of I30.
