Holiday Inn Hotel billed us for a reservation error they made and for a night we did not stay in their hotel for $178. After trying to resolve it through our credit company and by calling numerous times over 2 months to the hotel itself and by leaving messages with Eddie Hernandez the manager - who refused to return any...

I recently stayed here w/ the UAlbany women's basketball team contingent - visiting College Station for the Women's NCAA hoop tournament. The room was roomy, modernly appointed and clean. The management was super - from the top all the way through. Dining recommendations were always spot on during this 4 day stay, and there was nothing I asked that they...

The first time I stayed here it felt like I was sleeping on cement. After discussing this with the manager he was very kind and said he would reduce my next stay. I stayed again several months later and he kept his promise. Also, my next visit was much different. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well....

This hotel is a bit on the outdated side. The furnishings look like they were high style about 15 years ago. This might just be a matter of taste, though. The TV is ancient. It still has a rounded screen! The fridge in our room wasn't working, however we didn't realize this until the next morning when everything we stored...

This hotel charges $100 more per night and requires a 2-night minimum on A&M game weekends. I needed to reserve a block of rooms for only one night for my daughter's wedding guests on a weekend that a non-conference game MIGHT be scheduled and they would not lift the 2 night minimum stay requirement and the wedding guests would be...

Rooms clean, pool and hot tub well maintained and clean. Quiet. Location was great! Staff were excellent. Food in dining area was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely revisit this hotel.
We travel to College Station often and this is our go-to hotel. The front desk attendants have always been so friendly and the rooms clean and fresh. This hotel has a small restaurant in the lobby and the service was quick and the food was good. The location, just off Hwy 6, is convenient to everything in the BCS area.
I can say that the hotel stay was wonderful from arrival to the time of check out. The consider girl that greeted me and my family was super nice and attentive. The next morning we went to have breakfast and the waiter was extra nice and very in tune with the history of the hotel (one of my daughters asked...

Staff upon arrival less than enthusiastic, room fine EXCEPT for the noisiest air conditioner in Aggieland. Heard kids running up and down the hall well because there was easily a 1" gap under the door. This also allowed for a handy night light (we love the total darkness in hotel rooms). Did not love the pillows, although they marked them...
