My husband and I stayed here for a weekend fishing trip. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice size room with separate living area. (2tvs) bathroom was clean and nice. We will be staying here again. And nice staff too.

The staff is friendly and helpful at the BEST WESTERN Clute Inn & Suites. The room is quiet and nice.

This was another great stay at Best Western. Breakfast was a dissapointment but we delt with it. The staff was friendly untill checkout time and they rushed us out of the room. This was a very special trip for us and we will likely stay here if/when we are in the area again.

The wife and I made reservations here while visiting family in the area. Having severe asthma, I specifically asked for a "non-smoking room" and on check-in, got one that was so tobacco filled, it was like smoking without lighting up. My last review was not posted so maybe I'll tone this down. Within one hour of being in the room my wive caught several roaches off of our bed and gave them to the desk clerk jay in a zip lock bag. He accused us of bringing them from home and would not refund the roo after that short time.... More

Hotel rooms and furniture are in need of an update, the couch cushions definitely need to be replaced. The air conditioning was capable of keeping the room cool, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast didn't have a lot of choices, and most of the choices were not that healthy

This hotel gives a great room at a reasonable price. It is spacious, clean, well lighted, and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families on vacation.

Good rate thru website plus cancellation privileges thru 4pm on day of check-in. Asked for quiet rm away from fwy, lobby, stairs, etc. when made reservatn online and got it.
